Report: Fisch to Jags

Report: Fisch to Jags

ESPN reported earlier today that Miami offensive coordinator Jedd Fisch has taken a job with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Jedd Fisch spent nine seasons coaching in the NFL before Al Golden hired him to be his offensive coordinator soon after he got the job here.

Two years later, and Fisch appears headed back to the League. ESPN reported today that Fisch has agreed to become one of the Jacksonville Jaguars' new offensive coordinators.

Fisch, who started his coaching career learning under Steve Spurrier, last served as Pete Carroll's quarterbacks coach in Seattle.

Miami's offense improved a lot under Fisch. Quarterbacks Jacory Harris and Stephen Morris both had very good seasons under his direction. Miami had one of the top offenses in the ACC in 2012.

The University of Miami hasn't officially announced the news yet, and when they do we'll have more on this story including analysis, the recruiting impact it could have, possible replacements, and more.
