Dorsett named to Biletnikoff Watch List

University of Miami senior wide receiver Phillip Dorsett has been named to the Fred Biletnikoff Award Watch List, the school announced on Tuesday.

Phillip Dorsett was Miami's most productive receiver in 2012, and seems primed for a huge senior season. On Tuesday, he was named to the Biletnikoff Award Watch List.

Given annually to the nation's top wide receiver, the Biletnikoff Award National Selection Committee consists of over 200 college football journalists and former players.

Dorsett, a former three-star recruit from St. Thomas Aquinas High in Fort Lauderdale, finished his junior season with 58 catches for 842 yards and four touchdowns.

The winner of the award will be announced on December 12th, as part of the College Football Awards Show. Recommended Stories
