Dorsett compares QB's

Read on to see what senior wide receiver Phillip Dorsett is saying about the team's quarterback competition and more.

On the difference between QBs:
Difference is that one has experience in big time games and the other is just coming out of high school. They will go with the better guy.

On Kaaya Monday:
Brad, he showed a lot of poise. He doesn’t really get rattled. For a freshman, that’s rare. He has come in and stepped up to the plate. He has arm strength and is accurate and those are good things for a quarterback.

On his poise:
I’ve asked him about it a lot. He said Coach asked him to be that type of guy. He’s gotten a lot better since the first day he got here.

On the progress of the offense:
We’re coming along well. We still have a lot to work on still but we got a lot better from the first scrimmage to the second one.

On Joseph Yearby:
Joe is a special talent. I knew he was gonna come in and make a difference. I went to a few of his games in high school so I knew it. I wasn’t expecting how good he’s been because of his injury but he’s doing really well.
