Recruiting: Running Backs


The information within was gathered through my personal interviews with the prospects and all opinions are mine, formed through watching them play and talking to them. In no way does it officially represent the University of Miami. After seeing J.R. Mounts quit the team after just a few months earlier this year, the University of Miami will likely take two tailbacks in this upcoming recruiting class.

It appears the Hurricanes have two in-state targets along with three out-of-state prospects. The best in-state prospect is Pompano Beach (Ely) standout Tyrone Moss. After rushing for over 2,000 yards and 34 touchdowns as a junior, Moss entered this spring as the state's top running back prospect.
