Arthur Brown was one of the headliners of a tremendous recruiting class assembled by Randy Shannon and his coaching staff. AT the end of the business day Wednesday, the Hurricanes had the nation's third-rated recruiting class, according to Scout.com's Team Rankings.

With the additions of Tommy Streeter, Benjamin Jones, Ramon Buchanan, and Brandon Harris on the final day, the Canes continued to climb up the national recruiting rankings.

Led by seven players who were on Scout.com's Top 100 list, the Canes finished Wednesday with the nation's third-best recruiting class, according to Scout.com. Only Alabama and Notre Dame were rated ahead of the Canes.

While recruiting rankings don't mean much, they do give a pretty good indication of where the top talent is going and this is a pretty clear sign that the Canes improved the talent level on the team tremendously on Wednesday.
