Hurricanes Release '08 Football Schedule

The University of Miami released their football schedule for the 2008 season Friday. It features eight teams that went to bowl games in 2007. It is considered one of the toughest in the country.

The schedule features six home games and six away games. The teams opener will be at home against Charleston Southern in the two teams first match up in their histories.

Sat., Oct. 11 - vs. CENTRAL FLORIDA

Sat., Oct. 18 - @ Duke

Sat., Oct. 25 - vs. WAKE FOREST

Sat., Nov. 1 - @ Virginia

Sat., Nov. 8 - OPEN

Thurs., Nov. 13 - vs. VIRGINIA TECH (ESPN)

Thurs, Nov. 20 - @ Georgia Tech (ESPN)

Sat., Nov. 29 - @ North Carolina State

Miami finished the 2007 season with a 5-7 record. The ACC Championship Game will be played on December 6th at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.
