Antonio Dixon was one of 12 players to sign free agent contracts with the Washington Redskins after not getting drafted over the weekend.
Dixon, 6-foot-2 and 326 pounds, will have a chance to make the Washington roster after logging four years at Miami.
The former three-star prospect out of Miami's Booker T. Washington High School, Dixon spent a semester at Milford Academy before enrolling at Miami. As a part-time starter throughout his career, Dixon had 48 tackles and 2.5 sacks as a Hurricane.
