By Mike Bakas Date: Mar 21, 2006 Michigan signed quarterback Jason Forcier a couple years ago and now his brother, Chris, is emerging as a top notch quarterback prospect himself. The talented signal-caller threw for 2,634 yards and 32 touchdowns as a junior, while running for 415 more.
