MIAMI, Fla. – The 2nd Annual Breakdown Hoops Festival has been completed as the Long Island Lightning defeated Team Breakdown, 83-77 behind a strong performance by tournament MVP Justin Burrell. Eloy Vargas was the 16U tournament MVP as Team Breakdown won the title.
