Tony Jefferson from Eastlake High in Chula Vista, Calif., Scout.com's No. 11 ranked OLB, who perhaps is more of a safety/running back prospect, told SCPlaybook back in July he had verbally committed to USC earlier in the year, but no longer had interest in the Trojans.
