JEFFERSON COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL - Transferred to Jefferson Co. as a junior and threw for over 1627 yards and 21 TDs with just 3 picks. He also ran for 596 yards and 12 TDs. As a senior, Hill finished the season 6-6 and passed for 1764 yards on 144/268 with 20 touchdowns. He also had 145 carries for 1191 yards and 12 touchdowns. He Played at Rickards High as a sophomore where he threw for 1,500 yds and 9 TDs. He was Class A first team all-state, and ranked as the 20th best athlete in the nation and 25th best football player, He was ranked 12th best prospect by the Tampa Tribune, 14th by the St.Petersburg times, and 53rd in Florida by the Orlando Sentinel. He was coached by Jeff Scaum.
Scouting Report: Hill is a tall, physical, and athletic QB prospect with a big arm and a good understanding of the passing game. His best days are clearly ahead of him, but they could be at another position like wide receiver.
