Biography:
2006: Had the best season of his career...Team's second-leading receiver with 38 receptions for a team-high 584 yards and 15.7-yard average...Tied for the team lead with four receiving touchdowns...Caught at least one pass in every game...Played in all 13 games, making 10 starts, the most of any wide receiver...Ranked eighth in the ACC in receiving yards and 10th in yards per game receiving (44.9).

2005: Played in 11 games (one start), with 15 receptions (sixth on the team) for 204 yards (13.6 average) and two touchdowns...Caught his first pass of the season for minus-eight yards in Game 2 at Clemson...Played as a reserve vs. Colorado and caught a season-high four passes for 39 yards (21 long), equaling his career high for catches...Tied his season-high with four receptions vs. Duke, totaling a season-best 65 yards, including a 29-yard touchdown pass for his first score of the year. In the Peach Bowl vs. Louisiana State, made his only start of the season in place of Ryan Moore and made one reception for two yards...Had no receptions in three games (FSU, South Florida, North Carolina).

2004: As a true freshman, caught only 17 passes (fourth among team's wideouts), but scored touchdowns on four of them, ranking second on the team...Had a team-leading 20.5-yard average per reception and 349 yards...Took over the starting role in the season's sixth game and started the final six games...All four TD catches were at least 24 yards, and he averaged 41.6 yards per TD catch...Selected as the team's Offensive Rookie of the Year...Did not play in the season opener vs. Florida State, then made the first start of his collegiate career in his first game as a Hurricane vs. Louisiana Tech, though he did not catch a pass.

High School: Native of Bartow, Fla. moved to Texas prior to his junior season, finishing high school at Grace Preporatory Academy in Arlington...Was a superior athlete to most players he faced in the Texas private schools...Came from a program that won state titles among Texas private schools his two seasons. As a senior in 2003, had 42 receptions for 950 yards (22.6 average) and 18 touchdowns...As a junior in 2002, averaged 22 yards per catch with 40 receptions for 880 yards and 13 touchdowns...Nicknamed "Spider Man"...Chose Miami over Florida, Oklahoma, Purdue and Texas A&M...Coached by former NFL tight end Mike Barber.
