Njoku Re-Opens Recruitment

Cedar Grove (N.J.) wide receiver David Njoku re-opened his recruitment Sunday after returning home from an unofficial visit to Penn State. Njoku, who was one of the first commits in the Rutgers class, detailed his decision with ScarletReport.com.
