Five Canes invited to NFL Combine

Five Hurricanes have formally been invited to the NFL Scouting Combine, the school announced today.

QB Stephen Morris, WR Allen Hurns, OT Seantrel Henderson, OG Brandon Linder, and P Pat O'Donnell will participate in the NFL Scouting Combine Feb. 22-25 in Indianapolis.

Morris, a former three-star quarterback recruit out of Monsignor Pace in Miami, finished his career as Miami's third all-time leading passer with 7,896 yards and 49 touchdowns.

Hurns, a former three-star wide receiver from Carol City High in Miami, set a single-season record at UM with 1,162 receiving yards in 2013.

Henderson, a former five-star recruit from the state of Minnesota, started eight games during his senior season. He was once Scout.com's No. 1 overall recruit.

Linder, a former five-star recruit from St. Thomas Aquinas High, finished his career with 37 career starts. The 2nd team All-ACC selection played both guard and tackle throughout his UM career.

O'Donnell, a fifth-year senior transfer from Cincinnati, set a single-season UM record by averaging 47.1 yards per punt in 2013. A first team All-ACC selection, O'Donnell was widely considered Miami's best player this season.
