Within the next six weeks, Kengera Daniel hopes to help Raleigh (N.C.) Millbrook get off to a good start on the field, take some official visits, and figure out which college he wants to start school at in January.
"I most likely will decide (Commit to a school) in September," said Daniel. "I want to see who really wants me, then make a decision about the third or fourth game this season."
Plenty of schools are in pursuit of the 6-foot-5, 251 pound defensive end, but a couple are coming a little harder.
Kentucky and another SEC school are highest on Daniel's list right now. That other school is Alabama.
About half a dozen other schools are still on his list.
"Kentucky, Alabama, Louisville, Tennessee, Miami, Wake Forest, North Carolina State, and Virginia are still on the list," said Daniel. "I plan on taking a few official visits before making my decision. I am not really sure who those visits will be to yet."
The three-star senior wants to major in Biomedical Engineering, so he is eyeing who is strong in that area. Daniel's top goal is to make it to the NFL, so he is looking for the coaching staff that he feels can prepare him the best for that opportunity.
